By using Brandlism, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Brandlism is an AI-powered brand intelligence platform. We provide brand analysis, demand signal monitoring, lead generation, and AI advisory services. Results are AI-generated and should be reviewed before acting on them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security. One person or entity per account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the service to spam or harass, scrape data in violation of platform terms, impersonate others, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are at our discretion. Free trials do not require payment information.

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We have a license to process it for the service. AI-generated content (replies, analysis, reports) is yours to use freely.

7. Limitations

The service is provided “as is”. AI recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
